Before printing your order we will email you a proof of the "ready to print" headshot as you have ordered it. Once you receive it please go over it to make sure we have not made any errors or omissions. We will, of course, correct any errors at no charge. Should you, at this point decide to change any of the font, layout, or cropping of the image from your initial order, there will be a small $10.00 re-layout fee applied. If you also decide to change your image there will be a $13.00 fee applied. If you cancel the printing of your order once the proof is sent, you will be entitled to a refund of the full cost of your order less $13.00 which equates to the initial layout work done, plus any additional accumulated layout costs, plus as any additional work done up to this point such as retouching, scanning, etc.
