    Next day orders:

    Next-day orders MUST be received by 4pm PST to pickup the following business day.

    Same day orders:

    Typically, same day rush orders can be completed within 3 hours. After submitting your order please phone us to confirm your time requirements.

    Monday - Friday: Order MUST be received by 3pm PST for same day pick-up (we close at 6pm)
    Saturday: Order MUST be received by 12pm PST for same day pick-up (we close at 2pm)

    Retouching Package A

    Includes: Eye And Teeth Clean Up, clean up of veins in white eyes, reduction of typical red color cast in eye whites, brightening of eye whites, removal of stains and typical yellow color cast in teeth, brightening of teeth.

    Retouching Package B

    Includes Package A plus: reduction of eye and facial wrinkles, reduction of under eye circles and bags, cleanup of blemishes, facial skin softening and blending, minor flyaway hair cleanup.

    Custom Retouching

    Custom retouching applies to retouching work not covered by package A or package B. Please describe the retouching you would like performed and we will call you to clarify and provide you a quote for the cost.

    Examples of custom retouching include: extensive flyaway hair cleanup, body and/or face sculpting, jewelry or tattoo removal.

    Image File Specifications

    We recommend you send us the largest image file your photographer has provided you with.

    Minimum file size, however, should not be smaller than 1200 x 1800 pixels. If your JPG file is smaller than 750kb, it may be too small to use for printing purposes.

    Check for errors!

    Check to make sure all your information is correct and contains no errors as you will be responsible for all charges if errors are not corrected.

    TERMS: Before printing your order we will email you a proof of the "ready to print" headshot as you have ordered it. Once you receive it please go over it to make sure we have not made any errors or omissions. We will, of course, correct any errors at no charge. Should you, at this point decide to change any of the font, layout, or cropping of the image from your initial order, there will be a small $10.00 re-layout fee applied. If you also decide to change your image there will be a $13.00 fee applied. If you cancel the printing of your order once the proof is sent, you will be entitled to a refund of the full cost of your order less $13.00 which equates to the initial layout work done, plus any additional accumulated layout costs, plus as any additional work done up to this point such as retouching, scanning, etc.

    EMAIL COMMUNICATION: By providing your email address, you give us explicit permission to contact you in regards to this order and other emails in compliance with CASL (Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation). You may remove yourself permanently from any of our email campaigns, promotions or updates using Constant Contact's SafeUnsubscribe(TM) feature at the bottom of the received email.
